The MiniZETA™ laboratory series offers super-fine grinding/dispersing of solid materials in liquids and is suitable for discrete pass as well as for circulation operation. The product is pumped from the grinding tank via a small adjustable hose pump or internal process pump. The product then passes through a high energy grinding zone inside a grinding chamber and is reduced to the targeted particle size, down to the nanometer range if required. A pivoting chamber design allows for easy cleaning, product changes, and filling and removal of all media.
Depending on the model, the MiniZETA™ is available with a rotating gap separation system or the NETZSCH patented Dynamic Cartridge Media Separator™ (DCMS) sytems allowing media as small as 0.1 mm to be used. The DCMS consists of only two parts: the dynamic shaft extension and the screen element. This simple combination and its physical location within the mill results in superior media separation.
