NETZSCH Grinding Dispersion, Mixing, De-Aeration
MiniVac – Vacuum-De-Aerator for small batches

This system has been developed for small batches or primary trials. Like its big brother, the NETZSCH Vacuum De-Aerator, MINIVAC utilizes the VTR principle (Vacuum thin-film Rotation Principle). With the MINIVAC, micronized gases and trapped air are removed from liquids, pastes and masses having a wide range of viscosities. Depending on the product viscosity, the machine can be operated continuously without feed pump. The throughput ranges from 25 to 250 kg/h. The MINIVAC is exemplified by its streamlined operation. The vessel position is adjustable simplifying cleaning and maintenance.


The laboratory MINIVAC system is suitable for products in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, paint or chemical industries.Micronized gases from liquids with different viscosities are removed with the NETZSCH-Vacuum-De-Aerator. Due to the VTR principle (Vacuum-Thin layer Rotational procedure) nearly all viscous and pasty products for many industrial applications can be de-aerated. However, the throughput rates are extremely dependent on the product and viscosity.
