Main Divisions

Analyzing and Testing
Netzsch Thermal Analysis offers a complete line of instruments for research and quality control as well as powerful thermokinetic analysis software and other advanced packages for use with all makers' thermal analysis instruments.

Grinding and Dispersing
NETZSCH offers a full range of particle size reduction systems accommodating coarse to submicron size particles. Products include wet grinding mills; dry grinding and classification equipment; dispersers, mixers and de-aerators; and modular systems. NETZSCH advanced design reduces floor space requirements and cost of operation while offering many features standard (including drive components, sealing components and electrical controls) that are only available as options in other grinding units.

Pumps
NETZSCH manufactures positive displacement pumps ranging in size from small metering pumps to high volume pumps. Designed specifically for difficult pumping situations, NETZSCH pumps have been manufactured for over 50 years worldwide, and are used in applications such as water treatment, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, oil production, and food and beverages.
Features

PSI- Mix
A completely new industrial mixing technology from NETZSCH, the PSI-Mix (Ψ-Mix©) has been developed to address the forces at play during the mixing process at the micron level. A new mixing technology that speeds the production of paint, inks, foods, drugs, and hundreds of other applications, the PSI-Mix features an innovative pre-wetting dry powder dispersion, virtually infinite wetting surface, and elegantly simple vacuum-to-pressure gradient that reduces mixing time by 90 percent compared to traditional mixing methods. As a result, manufacturing requires far fewer machines, far less plant space, and far less energy consumption. It translates into a more cost-efficient manufacturing process.

ZETA® RS
A newly developed bead mill design and improved grinding media separation system by Netzsch, the stirred media mill system ZETA® RS makes possible the use of beads with diameters down to 50 µm. Preventing damage to nanoparticles through the use of a novel revolving screen, the grinder facilitates adequate product throughput at slow, low energy motor speeds while providing practical methods for handling fine grinding media. ZETA® RS is noted for its superior grinding media separator, mechanical seals, and handling, particularly concerning the comminution in the nano range and the dispersion processes.

ChocoEasy
Available for the first time in the American marketplace, the ChocoEasy line of self-contained chocolate manufacturing machines promises to change the chocolate-making landscape. An engineering solution from Netzsch Fine Particle Technology, LLC, ChocoEasy enables chocolate makers of any size to cost-effectively manufacture all varieties and qualities of chocolate from raw materials at daily production capacities scalable from 55 to 50,000 lbs (25 to 24,000 kg). The largest system is capable of producing as much as 19 million pounds per year, and fits into existing facilities with space requirements that are 40 to 50 percent less than competing systems.
