 High-speed mixing and dispersing on a laboratory scale.
The Laboratory Dissolver ShearMaster is a high-speed mixing aggregate for intensive and time-saving mixing and dispersing of small product quantities. It has a variable speed adjustment via its frequency inverter. The lifting and lowering dissolver disk is unlimited and the power input and speed are digitally indicated.
Technology:
- The NMD disperser is a high-speed, high-capacity disperser
- A product is radially accelerated by a disperser disk. On the tank wall, the product is diverted to the top and bottom of the disperser and then carried back to the disk
- A vortex is created
- Shear forces on the circumference of the toothed disk cause a high dispersing effect, as well as superior wetting and deagglomeration of the product
- For high-viscosity products, a wall scraper unit can be used to support the dispersing process
- Depending on the application, various mixing tools are available
